Manufacturing Engineer(Line Support) About the role: CREGG seek experienced Manufacturing Engineers to work in Galways world leading multinational medical device client.
The successful candidate will provide daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals.
Call Rachel on / Work/Life Balance: 2 days work from home with a 1pm Friday finish Responsibilities: Troubleshoots new products / process working closely with product development.
Continuous Improvement & Yield Analysis, LEAN Mfg.
Continually seeks to drive / improvements in process design, layout and operational performance.
Engaging with technicians, operators, and other cross-functional teams to ensure business process success.
Contribution in NPI (New Product Introduction) development Execute new equipment introductions and carry out validations.
Root cause analysis using Lean tools and techniques.
Demonstrates good working knowledge and application of validation techniques and associated regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Level 7 Degree Minimum 2 years experience working at an Engineering level,ideally in Medical Device industry or other highly regulated environment desirable.
Project Planning/Management experience highly desirable.
Process & Equipment validations desirable IQ/OQ/PQ INDCRG Skills: NPI Yield Validation
