We are looking for an experienced Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team during a very exciting time at Clink Hostels. You will manage the social media accounts for all Clink Hostel properties and ensure we're an active and engaged partner in our local communities. This role would be perfect for someone who is a communications expert, loves all things social and is on top of current social media trends.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and creative person to join our brilliant team and help increase the visibility of our brand by creating world-class content. You will have responsibility for leading the social strategy for all our hostels, manage and own all our social channels, ensure our content connects to our brand purpose and pillars, and encourage community participation by looking at ways we can drive our alignment with local communities. You will collaborate with our diverse teams across the business to better understand our product and our culture and work closely with the Director of Guest Experience & Communication as well as the Commercial Team.
About you
You have proficiency in all major social media platforms and write copy for your posts through our brand lens. Experience in social media advertising and managing partnerships is a plus. You can work in a fast-paced environment, use your initiative, and work well under pressure and independently. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and have a passion for travel and the hospitality industry.
1. 3+ years’ experience in a modern consumer brand.
2. Excellent writing skills and a knack for creating content ideas that thrive in digital marketing.
3. A superuser of Instagram and TikTok, including current trends and best practices. You feel comfortable creating content on both platforms.
4. You love brand-building. You listen to the podcasts, read the marketing books, and analyse every Tube ad.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams while keeping projects on track.
6. Tenacious and action-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
7. Clear and kind communicator, skilled at building relationships and inspiring those around you.
