Office Administrator Agri
We are recruiting for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team at an established agribusiness in Ireland.
About the Role
This is a permanent position located 15 km North of Cork City.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 -5:30 (option of 4 day week also available)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing phone calls, email and other forms of correspondence
* Greeting and assisting customers in a polite and friendly manner
* Data entry for procurement and accounts
* Order entry and processing of customer orders accurately and promptly
* Answering customer queries and providing information on orders
* Office management and board room maintenance duties
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to understand customer orders
* Ability to multitask

* 5 years experience in a similar role
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Ability to prioritise tasks
