About The Role
The Senior Channel Sales Manager will focus on building relationships around the region. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability and lead a regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the region.
* Lead a multi-state territory.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to create a consistent revenue stream.
* Qualify leads and distribute them accordingly to your team.
* Successfully meet and exceed sales metrics/targets.
* Manage performance metrics for the field sales team.
* Assist partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities, striving for growth from all associated selling resources.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree is required.
* Success meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
* 3+ years experience in a channel sales position.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and craft effective solutions.
* 2+ years experience with some type of CRM tool.
* Experience successfully managing sales teams.
* You must possess a valid driver's license as travel will be required.
This position will require you to travel 50% of your time on a regional basis.
