Job Title: Bars Manager
Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bars Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service at the Connemara Coast Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the bars, ensuring profitability, and providing a high-quality experience for our guests.
About the Role:
* Lead and motivate a large team to exceed customer expectations
* Ensure food and beverage profitability by managing the bars and processing orders
* Liaise with 3rd party stock takers and accounts to manage variances in stock and cash
* Monitor departments overall service and encourage good relationships through communication and regular meetings
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a management or supervisorial position in a busy Bar department
* Proven ability to supervise bar operations and deliver guest satisfaction, employee retention and engagement
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills
