Job Description
Amazon is seeking a New Account Manager - Ireland to recruit sellers and enhance services for European customers as part of the EU Marketplace Export team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve business and financial objectives, driving growth for Amazon's third-party business.
* Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage their rollout.
* Share learnings with counterparts to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
* Conduct in-depth analyses to understand root causes of seller performance and develop actions to accelerate growth.
* Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
* Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, collaborating with internal and external teams.
Requirements:
* 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
* English language fluency.
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
* Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or product management.
* Experience in e-commerce or retail.
* Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
