M&E Quantity Surveyor Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join one of Ireland's largest M&E contractors on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
* Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
* Compile monthly reports per company standards
* Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims
* Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns
* Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
* Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/Director
* Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors
* Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting
* Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors
* Monitor site procurement and reporting
Qualifications:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
* 3 years + experience in construction Quantity Surveying
* Working toward chartership or professional certification (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems or Electrical Systems
* Data Centre experience is an advantage, but not essential
