We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist position on behalf of a well-established Insurance organisation.
Dublin South - Hybrid role (Initially 4 days on-site for probation).

Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment process from advertising to offer.
* Support on employee queries, HR administration and HRIS.
* Assist with HR projects and implementations.
* Support on well-being and engagement, including strategy development.
* Liaise with vendors to organise internal HR events.
* Support and run on-boarding induction.
* Stakeholder management and liaising with senior management on HR needs.
* Work alongside the HRBP on any aspects of ER and performance management.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a HR role, ideally within a dynamic HR Generalist role, must have proven Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.
* HR qualification or equivalent.
* Keen understanding of well-being, engagement, recruitment and general life-cycle process.
* Strong communication, innovation and organisation skills.
