Company:MercerDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our global Transformation and Change team at Mercer Investments, this role will be based in Dublin.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to initiate, coordinate and evolve, organisational change and engagement activities across Mercer Investments.You will join at the beginning of our most ambitious and significant digital transformation initiative to date; developing, implementing, and managing the change process to ensure that changes are implemented in a way that smoothly and effectively achieves strategic objectives.Your primary focus will be to lead and deliver this strategic transformation initiative in addition to the integration of M&A activities, and also be involved integrating ‘project work’ into best practice business-as-usual activities to support ongoing change management for global teams.We will count on you to:Create a change management strategy leveraging a holistic view on organisational change that effectively engages leaders and impacted stakeholder groups to achieve organisational goalsDevelop, implement, and update plans to manage change across the global organisation (e.g., identification of key milestones, activities, owners, and timelines)Advise, coach and mentor stakeholders to senior leadership on leading through change within a global organisationAssess organisational change awareness, willingness, and readiness; assist in the identification of potential areas and root causes of resistance to change; identify corresponding actions to reduce resistance to changeLead, coordinate and manage change management activities and interventions to increase awareness, willingness, and readiness to change, applying structured methodology / processesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and change programs, working collaboratively with othersUnderstand organisational and transformation goals, ensuring they are continuously integrated into change activities and communicationsDefine success metrics in alignment with organisational / program goals; monitor program progress against them; course correct as neededWhat you need to have: Experience successfully implementing change management processes within a global organisation.Understanding of designing, delivering & evolving a Target Operating Model.Experience in or understanding of people change process, and organisational development principles, techniques, and tools.Experience creating effective strategies to minimise employee resistance to change.A background in Financial Services, ideally Investment Management with a sound understanding of the industry trends, key themes and challenges.Experience creating an inclusive and supportive working environment which respects and recognises all members of the team, across all levels, regions and business functions.What makes you stand out?Experience in digital transformation and change; ideally in infrastructure or implementation.Experience in developing effective change and communication strategies.Experience in implementing change in large global, matrix organisations.Effective facilitation and presentation skills, to lead workshops, townhalls and internal forums.Why join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
