Experienced Supplier Relationship Manager - Financial Services
The role of the Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) involves developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.
This includes effective commercial management, performance oversight, and continuous improvement to maximise value, reduce costs, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

* Have experience in the financial services industry and be aware of what is required by regulatory bodies in terms of risk and compliance management.
* Lead complex negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
* Build and maintain productive relationships with key suppliers.
* Assess and optimise supplier performance through regular reviews and KPIs.
* Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
* Champion continuous improvement and innovation in supplier relationships.
* Identify and manage supplier-related risks and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Extensive experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or commercial management, especially in technology environments.
* Proven success in negotiating and managing complex supplier agreements.
* Strong understanding of technology and vendor landscapes.
* Proficiency in supplier performance management metrics and tools.
