Overview Our client, based in Limerick, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant (Part-time)to join their company on a permanent basis.
Who we are seeking * An experienced Accounts Assistant with at least 2+ years experience with A/P * Comfortable with various IT Systems (e.g.
Excel, Sage etc) * Good communication skills Overview of the responsibilities * Data input and review, ensuring it is timely and accurate.
* Coding invoices for approval.
* Monitoring supplier / internal queries and responding to same.
*Reconciliation of supplier and bank accounts * Purchase order matching to invoices.
* Liaising with the Accounts Supervisor to ensure efficient and timely quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
