Job Purpose:
To provide Health and Safety (H&S) advice to a variety of clients throughout different sectors in Ireland within the Advice Team and to support the health & safety consultancy in technical matters.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking H&S Advisor who will be responsible for providing H&S advice and documentation to clients, actively owning cases to resolution, and building rapport with clients during each interaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of working under pressure while using initiative and following instructions in a busy office environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Provide call and email advice to our clients across multiple industries.
* Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Legislation in the Republic of Ireland.
* Attend internal training and legal updates to ensure compliant advice.
* Research information required to provide detailed health and safety guidance and technical support to clients.
* Submit relevant reports or associated documents in accordance with client demands and departmental protocols.
* Advise and instruct clients on Health and Safety Management systems and other relevant technical documents and online services.
* Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly, considering their internal terms and conditions.
