Position: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Electrician
Location: Large multi-storey Commercial Healthcare Facility (5 floors, 5,000 sq. meters)
This is a hands-on maintenance position to ensure the building is maintained to a highly compliant standard. A commercial/corporate environment requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working Hours: Standard working week Monday - Friday (36 hours weekly)
Starting time: 7.45 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday; 6.30 am start Wednesday
No on-call or weekend work required.
Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE (annual salary increments apply)
