We are seeking a high calibre Front of House Receptionist who will be based at our newly refurbished headquarters in Citywest. You will possess excellent communication skills and can easily interact with a variety of personalities over the phone and in person. You are extremely organised and can thrive in
a fast-paced environment. Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. You can operate comfortably on your own and are also happy being part of a team. You will be the face of Uniphar upon arrival so a professional manner is a must. This role offers a range of opportunities for the right person.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Providing premium quality support to stakeholders and colleagues..
2. Professional greeting of visitors and staff members in a positive and friendly manner and announcing clients as and when necessary.
3. Assess and manage all email, post, telephone and in-person queries; in a professional and timely manner, referring and recording where necessary.
4. Maintaining company security by issuing, checking and arranging work IDs and updating visitor logs
5. Assisting other colleagues with queries/tasks when requested.
6. Ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
