Job Title: Finnish Client Services Administrator
Reports to Team Supervisor, located in Dublin City Centre (100% onsite for training, then hybrid). Mon-Fri standard hours.
Salary: Attractive, depending on experience with excellent benefits. Model: Full-time permanent position, fully onsite during probation period and hybrid model after this point.

Key Responsibilities:
* Excellent administration skills supporting the Finnish Market regarding new business, claims administration, and changes to client details.
* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries via phone and email.
* Maintaining high-quality and accurate client documentation while ensuring strong attention to detail.
* Developing flexibility within the department and assisting colleagues as needed.
* Building strong relationships with counterparties.
* Enhancing knowledge and understanding of the business.
Candidate Profile:
* Native or fluent Finnish speaker with fluent English language proficiency.
* Third-level qualification desired.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Customer-focused and excellent communication skills.
* High numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Able to multitask and exhibit high motivation.
* Good problem-solving skills.
