Senior Pension Administrator - DC An exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services firm managing a diverse portfolio of DC pension schemes.
You'll play a key role in scheme administration, compliance, and client service, working within a collaborative team to deliver high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of DC pension schemes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with offshore teams to track and complete tasks efficiently.
Oversee money movements and maintain accurate member records.
Support consultants and senior management in client meetings and business development projects.
Streamline workflow to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Process new business applications for pensions, investments, and life assurance.
Ensure regulatory compliance, working closely with compliance and investment teams.
Skills & Experience: 5 years + DC pension administration experience in a brokerage, consultancy, or financial services firm.
QFA qualification (minimum), RPA or working towards it preferred.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word, and PowerPoint.
