Field Sales Developer (Soft Drinks)
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Developer to manage and grow relationships with convenience and grocery retail accounts across Leinster.
Duties:
* Manage key retail accounts by ensuring existing convenience & grocery customers are stocked up and satisfied.
* Expand our product portfolio by driving distribution and securing prime shelf space in-store.
* Execute promotional activities that highlight our products' value proposition.
* Build strong relationships with store managers, acting as the go-to person for all their needs.
* Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales or retail, with a proven track record of success.
* A passion for sales and building lasting relationships with customers.
* Confidence in negotiation and communication skills, able to influence at store level.
* A full valid driver's licence, allowing for extensive travel to meet key retail partners.
* A Stamp 4 Working Visa (if applicable) or the right to work in Ireland.
