Marketing Executive
The MCS Group is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join the growing team and contribute to all marketing efforts across the business.
* Support marketing efforts and maintain consistent messaging across the Group.
* Design and produce marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and event tickets.
* Develop engaging internal communication strategies to enhance staff engagement and positive work culture.
* Develop special presentations for tenders, key client meetings, and events.
* Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, analysing and reporting on their effectiveness.
* Monitor and report on website activity and metrics using Google Analytics.
* Manage and maintain social media channels and website, including content and monitoring performance.
* Plan and execute internal and external events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes.
* Organise charity campaigns and initiatives that align with company values and foster community involvement.
* Contribute to employee well-being incentives and morale-boosting activities through creative internal marketing campaigns.
Skill Requirements:
* Proven experience in marketing campaigns, managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
* Strong understanding of email marketing tools and Google Analytics for reporting and analysis.
* Experience designing and producing marketing materials using relevant software.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Attention to detail and a focus on brand consistency.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
