Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in site management, ensuring efficient project delivery and supporting team development.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and workmanshipManage the site’s short-term construction schedule to optimise efficiency and adherence to timelinesEnforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on-siteCoordinate and manage subcontractors, team members, and resolve on-site issues as they ariseEnsure project completion to a high specification, maintaining clear communication with relevant departmentsHandle all project documentation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and proceduresQualifications and Experience:Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent (preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential constructionProficient in MS Project, Word, and ExcelFull driving license and relevant site certifications requiredHow to apply:Send your CV to APPLY NOW!
