Retail Commercial Property Manager My client is a well-recognised FMCG business with a wholesale division and retail stores nationwide - some of these stores are company owned, with the majority owned by retail partners where my client is acting landlord for the properties. They are recruiting a Retail Commercial Property Manager to join their head office in Dublin West. Experience in managing Retail Commercial properties is essential A qualification in surveying would be ideal but may not be essential depending on the amount of experience this candidate comes with. You will be part of a team responsible for the management of over 270 retail lettings where my client act as landlord to these retail partners and also to third party tenants in their shopping centre locations. Salary & Package: Salary up to €90k negotiable but must reflect the level of experience, Bonus, Pension Contribution, Life Assurance, 23 days holiday.
