Global Sourcing Technical Project Manager II

We are seeking a Global Sourcing Technical Project Manager II on a permanent basis to lead new product development projects, site transfers, acquisition integrations, and other complex manufacturing project initiatives associated with Sourced Finished Medical Device (SFMD) products.
About this Role:
The Technical Project Manager II will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. This role includes management responsibility for other Global Sourcing Project Managers and requires effective communication and coordination with external manufacturing partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams consisting of BSC and SFMD Supplier resources.
* Supervise other External Operations Project Managers.
* Assemble cross-functional resources required to drive project completion.
* Identify, coordinate, and ensure completion of all activities required for an assigned project or task.
* Prioritize projects and activities based on business need, timing, and financial risk.
* Ensure successful execution of projects using various tool kits, work instructions, and best practices.
* Proactively identify issues that may affect quality, cost, or service levels and resolve or address them.
* Create project tracking plans, schedules, and risks for projects and communicate across the organization as applicable.
* Delegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to their skill level and risk to the project.
* Resolve conflicts with team members and involve functional management as required to ensure timely project completion.
* Support APAC External Operations team, supporting regional projects and mentoring APAC-based project managers.
* Make presentations to upper management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 12+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, process development, or related fields.
* Level 8 Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering (240 credits).
* 5+ years technical project management experience.
* 2+ years experience working with external manufacturing partners.
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time regional and international.
