About the role: Flogas is seeking to recruit a highly motivated results-orientated?inside sales agent?to join us to help us grow our commercial customer base in the ROI through a programme of multi-channel sales and customer-retention campaigns and activities.
We are looking for someone who love to interact with customers, have excellent sales, business development and customer engagement experience and who want to bring their capabilities in this area to the next level.
Main areas of responsibilities Proactively engage in outbound sales and retention calls to commercial customers, building strong relationships and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
Renegotiate and renew customer contracts through digital platforms and phone conversations, ensuring competitive pricing and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Implement strategies to minimise customer churn by effectively communicating the value of our diverse product range, addressing customer concerns, and offering tailored retention incentives.
Handle inbound customer sales and renewal inquiries with a consultative approach, providing expert advice on products, services, and pricing to maximise conversion rates.
Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities, educating customers on additional products and services that can enhance their experience and drive revenue growth.
Proactively re-engage with lost customer accounts, leveraging insights to understand past challenges and offering compelling solutions to win back business.
Champion our Customer First culture by delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Support additional sales initiatives across the company, including participation in events and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the energy, telecoms, or financial services sectors, with a strong emphasis on outbound phone-based sales.
A third-level education is preferred.
The successful candidate must be driven, ambitious, and eager to make a positive impact through their work.
They should have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of digital sales and social selling.
Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a proactive, self-motivated work ethic, ensuring they can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
