Talent Acquisition Specialist - 9 Month Contract
Cpl are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Galway based client. You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting talent for their sites in Ireland. A minimum of three years relevant recruitment experience is required which includes experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
This role is to cover a maternity leave period. This is a hybrid role - two days onsite per week is required in Galway.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead full cycle recruiting activities for the three Ireland sites and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to achieve business needs.
2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and convert those prospects over the short, medium, and long term through nurturing and building relationships.
3. Phone screens prospective employees prior to sharing with manager to ensure suitability for role.
4. Manage applicant tracking system.
5. Identify relevant data, insights and trends for various business cases including competitor landscape analysis and develop metrics to gauge success.
6. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers to secure top talent.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates.
8. Be a team player with a growth mindset and desire to share expertise with/learn from fellow team and wider colleagues.
9. Develop strong, professional trusting relationships with our business partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have: Minimum requirements to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
1. Qualified to degree level in a relevant field; a science or engineering background would also be useful for this role.
2. A minimum of 3 years relevant recruiting experience which includes experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
3. You like to work in a team environment and can also work independently.
