Key Responsibilities:
* Supports the business function, project management, and front-end sales in the portfolio and sales deliverables.
* Ensures a full understanding of ABB's scope and the market requirements in a specific area, matching those requirements to the ABB offering through specifications, sales pursuits, and relevant sales development activities.
* Performs various activities supporting sales functions, sales development, product training and launches, front-line field support, pricing, and product placement.

Stakeholders:
Local Sales function and internal teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
* Maximises Technical Solutions ensuring technical solutions are explored and leveraged across the product group's portfolio.
* Manages Technical Specifications and supports sales activities with product specifications, business cases, maintenance activities, and cost optimisation.
* Handles Warranty & Quality Cases communication where necessary, Ensures quick resolution of major warranty and quality issues with relevant product groups.
* Informs Stakeholders and Keeps teams informed about offering availability, market trends, competition, quality, and limitations within project delivery.
* Provides Sales Support and Participates in customer meetings, trade shows, assists with customer issues, including site visits and trainings.
* Develops Training & Marketing Tools, ensuring training materials are available, complies and delivers training, and supports marketing and product development.
Qualifications:
* Strong demonstration of knowledge on Electrical Schematics, PIDs, and small to large motor applications.
* Knowledge of Variable Speed Drive applications and solutions.
* Proven ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships.
* A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong English written and spoken communication skills.
* An electrical and automation qualification, with previous experience in a product manager role preferred.
* 5 years of experience in sales within the Electrical/Mechanical Process Automation Industry.
* Full IE driving license.
