Job Description:
Waterford Intellectual Disability Association is recruiting for a Part-Time Human Resources Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the Human Resources Management (HRM) function, providing support and strategic advice to the Director of Services, and ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver the HRM function, assuming responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all HR services across all services.
* Provide support and strategic advice to the Director of Services.
* Provide HRM data metrics and analytics to provide full transparency to support budgetary and operational objectives.
* Work to implement the strategic HRM objectives of the company.
* Act as a business partner to support the Executive Management Team (EMT) and operational management in all areas of operational HR.

* Effective leadership in the management and development of staff.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills and proficiency in finding positive solutions to complex challenges.
