We require an experienced Site Administrator to provide a broad range of administrative support and coordination services to a busy operational site in Limerick.
The Site Administrator will be the key point of contact for meeting coordination, team support and any ad hoc administrative tasks. They will be a professional administrator who works with integrity and discretion at all times.
The Site Administrator will work closely with the Safety Department.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day running of the site office.
* General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising.
* Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queries.
* Liaise with the Procurement department.
* Manage anomalies and costs.
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners.
* Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders.
* Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.
* Manage all correspondence in a proactive manner.
* Prepare meetings, prepare collateral and wrangle the working group members to achieve their tasks.
* Undertake any ad hoc administrative tasks as requested.
* Maintain a log of messages and actions for review on a periodic basis.
* Take ownership for diary management and coordination with the business and external stakeholders.
* Arrange meeting rooms and room setups as required.
Required Qualifications/Training
* Significant experience of working within the Construction Industry.
* ECDL, Pitman or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Qualifications/Training
* A Business Administration or related qualification.
* Has a keen interest in the use of technology to improve efficiency.
