We have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven car Sales Controller to work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager/Group Sales Manager.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting, enhancing and smooth running of the day to day operations of the sales departments in Toyota Naas and Monasterevin Motors.
Key Responsibilities: The focus of the role is to provide support to the sales departments and introduce practices, procedures, efficiencies and accountabilities that ultimately deliver on or exceed the targeted profitability of the sales function on both sites.
This may involve (but is not limited to); Allocating leads & checking leads are actioned timely, accepting and allocating CRM leads within one hour.
Pushing lines for PDI/VHC/vehicle prep, thereby minimising/eliminating delays in opening job cards and contracts are fully delivered on.
End to end stock management Updating sites on new vehicle status and pushing these lines.
Used vehicle progression and new vehicle tracking Forecourt management - ensuring cars are presented per agreed standards and ample customer parking spaces available.
Arranging movement of trade vehicles Online inventory management of new and old stock to ensure relevant information is in the marketplace at all times & pricing in line with stock sheets Proactive CRM, insurance and handover process oversight, monitoring and management. Your Profile: Experience in sales, account management and administration and sale management within motor industry.
Strong understanding of the automotive market, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
Ambitious, results-driven mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, administration, organisation and presentation skills.
Excellent people management skills Excellent proficiency in MS 365 (especially Excel, SharePoint etc.)
and data management.
