As a Senior within our Transfer Pricing team you will:
1. Effectively manage and maintain client relationships.
2. Manage all aspects of transfer pricing projects – scoping, WIP management, delivery and invoicing.
3. Review and draft technical advice, reports, and other deliverables.
4. Have a thorough understanding of benchmarking databases and ability for usage.
5. Support transfer pricing Partners, Directors and Associate Directors in winning work with new and existing clients.
6. Identify transfer pricing opportunities.
7. Train, mentor and develop junior team members.
8. Leverage a deep expertise and specialism to drive a competitive advantage for the firm in addition to initiatives for the team.
9. Continue to invest in their own development, including working to achieve objectives across the scorecard and obtaining regular feedback.
10. Act with integrity and in line with our organisational values.
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, CFA or equivalent degree in accounting, finance, law or economics) with post qualification experience in practice or industry, have good transfer pricing technical knowledge and practical implementation of Irish Tax legislation.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills:
* Strategic thinking and business-oriented approach.
* Confidence in dealing with people (including clients), excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in range of situations both written and verbal).
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and develop self / others.
* Project management and prioritisation.
