Job Title: Site Manager (Hotel Refurbishment & Extension)
The successful candidate will oversee the operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and track progress
2. Coordinate and manage subcontractors
3. Carry out safety checks /Audits
4. Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
5. Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
6. Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
About the Project:
The hotel refurbishment and extension project is expected to last for approximately 18 months. As a Site Manager, you will be part of a well-structured team on site, working on a prestigious local project with opportunities for career progression and further work in the area.
Requirements:
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Proven track record of working to strict timescales
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Thorough knowledge of building practices
* Experience of internal finishes and M&E is desirable
* Experience of managing large-scale projects would be an advantage
