Reporting to the Director of People and Change, this role involves partnering with the Project Director and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR advisor for a high-profile project, addressing resourcing, performance, and wellbeing needs.
Define roles and responsibilities, ensuring HR activities align with project goals.
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and talent development.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Analyse HR-related KPIs, promoting transparency and engagement.
Candidate Requirements At least 5 years experience in an HR Advisor or Business Partner role.
Strong expertise in Talent Development, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management.
A degree in HR or equivalent qualification is essential; CIPD membership is desirable.
Comprehensive knowledge of ROI/NI employment law.
