The Opportunity:
CR2, a leader in providing innovative banking software solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and nurturing leads to support our sales efforts. Working closely with the Global Sales Head you will engage potential clients through outreach campaigns via email, social media and telephone, positioning CR2's solutions as compelling answers to customer needs.
You will play a critical role in the prospecting process often acting as the first point of contact for potential clients and setting the foundation for successful sales engagements. Your excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and customer-centric mindset will drive your success in this role.
What you’ll do:
Lead Research and Identification:
Conduct research with the sales and marketing team to identify potential leads.
Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to identify decision-makers.
Explore new markets and opportunities for CR2.
Campaign Collaboration and Outreach:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
Execute cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Value Communication:
Present and articulate the features and benefits of CR2’s solutions.
Navigate conversations to uncover client needs and position CR2 as the ideal solution.
Lead Qualification and Handover:
Identify leads and pass them to the appropriate sales team members with actionable insights and complete information.
Follow up with leads to build enthusiasm and confirm appointments.
CRM Management:
Keep CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) updated with accurate lead data and insights.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and new CR2 products.
What you’ll bring:
Essential Skills:
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Outstanding communication skills, particularly in English (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills: confident, patient, and enthusiastic communicator.
Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Fluency in additional languages such as French or Arabic an advantage
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, customer service, or a sales role.
