Brand Strategy & Planning:
* Work with the Marketing Manager/Director to create strategies for boosting market share across one or more of our food and household brands.
* Develop and roll out innovative brand plans that hit our KPIs.
* Create standout campaigns that reflect our status as market leaders.
* Manage the brand budget for all relevant marketing activities.
Brand Activation:
* Collaborate on the best mix of consumer communication for each brand, both ATL and BTL.
* Lead the creation of digital and social assets, with support from our design team.
* Drive packaging development projects and intellectual property matters.
* Ensure brand communications follow guidelines across all channels.
* Work closely with Commercial and Category teams to execute trade plans for key retailers.
* Motivate internal and external agencies to deliver great results.
Digital, Social, & Influencer Marketing:
* Build engaging social media calendars, producing high-quality content with our media and design team.
* Elevate partnerships with brand ambassadors to create unique, engaging, on brand content.
* Lead role in influencer marketing & ambassador programmes to support brand plans.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
* Full funnel best in class NPD brand comms roll out execution to support awareness & trial.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills by delivering results whilst maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
* 3-4 years of relevant brand marketing experience.
* FMCG experience across food & household brands is a plus.
* Proven success in brand activations, with a strong interest in digital strategies.
* Strong copywriting skills and the ability to turn business needs into engaging content.
* A team player with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently.
* Experience managing agencies for effective collaboration.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* Primarily office-based with some flexibility to work from home.
