Business Development Executive at Malone Group
The candidate is a professional who brings a project from inception to ideas and solutions with planning and costing.
Use their experience to plan, direct and co-ordinate the implementation of new product ideas, designs and processes utilising Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the research and development stages of Projects.
* Create detailed project plan and track progress.
* Detail budget, staffing and equipment needs.
* Ensure capital projects are delivered on time and technically fit for purpose along with meeting statutory requirements.
* Monitor progress of multiple projects, set deadlines and solve issues as they arise.
* Capital Projects spend tracking.
* Evaluate team performance.
* Update all stakeholders on progress of projects.
* Report to Managing Director directly with support role to Production Manager and Maintenance Manager.
* Development of FDS, FAT, SAT, Risk Assessments for Engineering projects.
* Support Engineering functions such as FAT, Commissioning and handover to production.
* Co-ordination and management of equipment suppliers and contractors during a project.
Skill Set:
* Good technical mechanical, electrical and building services knowledge.
* Mechanical – equipment and services (water / steam / pneumatics etc.)
* Electrical – installation and controls (integration with SCADA)
* Process – implementation of recipes and handling of foodstuffs.
* Building Services – overview of structures / flooring / drainage etc.
* Leadership and team Management.
* Manage suppliers and contractors’ relationships.
* Process productivity analysis.
* Lean manufacturing understanding / qualifications
* Degree Level in Engineering
