Duties:
* Deliver best-in-class customer service and provide clear solutions to customer queries within a contact center setting.
* Meet professional standards expected of a leading contact center.
* Work towards achieving individual performance objectives based on SLAs.
* Contribute positively to your team and support colleagues.
* Comply with all regulatory requirements, including operational and administrative procedures, and risk verification protocols.
* Embrace personal development and ensure required levels of competency are achieved in line with role expectations.
* Reinforce the importance of valuing the customer.
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in customer service (Retail, Hospitality, Contact center).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Resilience and adaptability to learn and grow in the role.
* Good level of PC skills.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
