About the Role:
We are seeking a Behavioural Specialist to join our organisation, an Irish-owned, progressive, and person-centred company.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model, requiring travel across homes in the north west region, including Leitrim, Cavan, Sligo, and Roscommon.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist behavioural support to young people in residential care.
* Collaborate with Persons in Charge, social care teams, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement tailored behavioural interventions.
* Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments.
* Design and implement evidence-based behavioural interventions.
* Train and mentor staff to ensure effective intervention delivery.
* Continuously evaluate and modify interventions using data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
* MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a behavioural support role, conducting assessments and developing interventions.
* Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Irish Society of Behaviour Analysis (ISBA), or full Division of Behaviour Analysis membership with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
* Experience supporting children or adults in residential care, disability services, or mental health settings.
* Full clean driving licence (eligibility to drive in Ireland) and access to a car.
* Valid Garda Vetting and Overseas Clearance (if applicable).
