We are currently recruiting for a RGI Qualified Plumber to join our Mechanical Maintenance team on a full time, permanent contract serving the Leinster region, with a particular emphasis on the Dublin area.
The successful candidate will be a mobile RGII Technician conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on gas boilers and general mechanical plant in a large portfolio of commercial buildings.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESConduct planned and reactive inspections and maintenance on Boilers, Burners, Gas Installation & Detection systems, Pumps, Pressurisation Units, Booster sets and Calorifiers etc.
on client sitesTrouble shooting and problem solving of heating systemsResponsible for accurately documenting all work carried out and proposing potential solutions to issues encounteredEnsure that equipment is maintained in accordance with statutory requirements, manufacturers recommendations and best practice guidesPlan and execute works in the most productive mannerGuarantee that the works comply with site quality standards and guidelinesEnsure that tasks are completed on time and meet our exceptional quality standardsComply with all safety limitations and procedures as per our Health & Safety guidelinesTake responsibility for health and safety on site and lead by example.
Ensure that the correct PPE is worn on site at all timesKeep the workplace in a tidy manner and free of excess materialsDispose of waste in the correct receptaclesComply with company instructions regarding the formulation and implementation of RAMS - SPA's etc.
Support with any additional ad hoc duties as assigned by site managementUnderstand the range and depth of the services provided by Sensori FM with the eagerness to further develop your knowledge of the business and the services we provideSupport the Company in promoting a culture of excellent customer service while also establishing exceptional working relationships with key stakeholdersAny other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the businessSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDQQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) - Craft: PlumbingA minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with strong technical abilityOFTEC Registered and an RGI accreditation is essentialAn excellent knowledge of all aspects of gas boilers, appliances & heating systems with a minimum of 4 years servicing experience in a mobile or static positionProven health & safety awareness with a thorough understanding of quality systemsExceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationshipsProblem-solving - to take controlled / real time approach to problems and solving themMust hold a full, clean Irish drivers licenseExcellent verbal communication skills with fluent English
