We are currently recruiting for a RGI Qualified Plumber to join our Mechanical Maintenance team on a full time, permanent contract serving the Leinster region, with a particular emphasis on the Dublin area. The successful candidate will be a mobile RGII Technician conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on gas boilers and general mechanical plant in a large portfolio of commercial buildings.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Conduct planned and reactive inspections and maintenance on Boilers, Burners, Gas Installation & Detection systems, Pumps, Pressurisation Units, Booster sets and Calorifiers etc. on client sites.
2. Troubleshoot and problem solve heating systems.
3. Responsible for accurately documenting all work carried out and proposing potential solutions to issues encountered.
4. Ensure that equipment is maintained in accordance with statutory requirements, manufacturers recommendations and best practice guides.
5. Plan and execute works in the most productive manner.
6. Guarantee that the works comply with site quality standards and guidelines.
7. Ensure that tasks are completed on time and meet our exceptional quality standards.
8. Comply with all safety limitations and procedures as per our Health & Safety guidelines.
9. Take responsibility for health and safety on site and lead by example. Ensure that the correct PPE is worn on site at all times.
10. Keep the workplace tidy and free of excess materials.
11. Dispose of waste in the correct receptacles.
12. Comply with company instructions regarding the formulation and implementation of RAMS - SPA's etc.
13. Support with any additional ad hoc duties as assigned by site management.
14. Understand the range and depth of the services provided by Sensori FM with the eagerness to further develop your knowledge of the business and the services we provide.
15. Support the Company in promoting a culture of excellent customer service while also establishing exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders.
16. Any other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the business.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
1. QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) - Craft: Plumbing.
2. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with strong technical ability.
3. OFTEC Registered and an RGI accreditation is essential.
4. An excellent knowledge of all aspects of gas boilers, appliances & heating systems with a minimum of 4 years servicing experience in a mobile or static position.
5. Proven health & safety awareness with a thorough understanding of quality systems.
6. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
7. Problem-solving - to take controlled / real time approach to problems and solving them.
8. Must hold a full, clean Irish driver's license.
9. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
