The Graduate Research Academy requires a highly organised and efficient Projects Officer to support the work of a dynamic and busy unit. The Postgraduate Research Projects Officer will work as part of an administrative team and will report to the Director of Graduate Research or their nominee.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the administrative functions of the Graduate Research Academy.
2. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Collaborate with team members to promote effective communication.
4. Utilize IT skills to enhance project management processes.
Qualifications:
1. Project management experience.
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
4. Proven attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
