Squarespace is looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Integrations and Automations Team within our Engineering department. You will partner in lockstep with various internal teams including Engineering, Finance, People, Legal, and more to identify, design and deploy technology and develop solutions that promote strategic programs and operational improvements.

You will report to the Team Lead of Business Systems based in our New York City headquarters.
You'll Get To…
* Partner with various internal teams to provide technical and functional support—acting as a trusted project manager who understands current business processes and systems with the objective of providing functional solutions using technology
* Develop system integrations to automate and scale business systems (using APIs, SFTPs, and Webhooks) and troubleshoot problems as they arise
* Configure user security profiles, assign and deactivate users, perform annual audits, and potentially automate these tasks
* Collaborate with the Security and Legal teams to ensure internal teams follow Squarespace's internal data privacy policies
* Support software owners in creating software configurations when the configurations impact integrations or employee processes
Who We're Looking For
* You are a problem solver—you love to come up with creative solutions to complex (and sometimes ambiguous problems) and know how to not only evaluate the problem at hand, but also the potential solutions
* You are familiar with APIs, SFTPs, Web Hook integrations
* Bonus Experience (Not required but shout out in your application if you have any of the following):
o You have 3+ years of in-house Business Systems Analyst experience (preferably at a high-growth technology company)
o Experience supporting software such as Workday, Greenhouse, Netsuite, Coupa, IronClad, or Docusign
o Experience integrating systems using middleware [e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi]
o Computer Science or Software Engineering background

Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 – $113,850 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors. In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
