We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the development and delivery of SBCI loan schemes, key projects, and continuous improvement initiatives in the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland's Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves monitoring daily project progress, providing updates to stakeholders, coordinating with team members, maintaining organized project records, and planning meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion
* Provide detailed updates to project leads/sponsors or other stakeholders on project status, issues, risks, and successes
* Coordinate with SBCI team members to ensure they have necessary project tools to complete tasks on time and within budget
* Maintain up-to-date project records
* Plan project meetings ensuring all logistical aspects are covered
Requirements:
* Effective planning skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within strict timescales
* Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to coordinate and influence across teams
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and working to deadlines
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role (preferably in Financial Services or Banking sectors)
* Project Management Professional Certificate preferred
* Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and relevant project management software
