Accountant Role
We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team at an indigenous company in a phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce accurate management and financial accounts for the business.
* Manage the creditors ledger and close month-end reconciliations.
* Assist with annual account preparation for auditing and provide support to company auditors.
* Offer accounting and taxation expertise to Financial Controller and senior management.
* Prepare and manage bank reconciliations, debtors reconciliations, and creditors reconciliations.
* Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and provide weekly and monthly reports as required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or similar) with minimum 5 years post-qualified experience.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent MS Office skills, and advanced Excel skills.
* Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and possess high-level communication skills.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
