We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to assist in leading our kitchen team with a keen interest for role growth to potential Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, quality-driven hospitality environments. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to put their stamp on a well-loved venue, further elevating our reputation for quality and creativity.
Role Requirements:
1. To ensure that the preparation, presentation and services are carried out promptly and to the agreed company standards and to promote a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
2. To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with company and client policies and statutory requirements.
3. Manage GP and consumption.
4. To maintain effective communication between yourself and your team.
Essential Qualifications:
* HACCP certification.
* Relevant qualification and training.
