Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overdue account collections via phone, email, and letter.
* Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers directly.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
* Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently.
* Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
* APA certification is desirable but not essential.
* At least 3 years' experience in credit control/collections.
* Proven negotiation and communication skills with strong phone manners.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
