HR Director - Global (BBBH30697) Dublin, Republic of Ireland Our client is a global organisation who are on a journey of change, growth and transformation and is currently hiring an HR Director to support a business unit with a worldwide remit.
As the new HR Director, you should have the ability to lead and drive the HR strategy across multiple regions on an international scale and partner with senior leaders in an impactful and effective way where influence and guidance come naturally.
Reporting to the MD of the business unit with a reporting line also to the Group CPO, you will play a key role in driving the people strategy at a time of significant growth.
As an established HR Director you will manage and lead all strategic HR in line with business needs.
You will partner with the COE to align the HR and business strategy.
The Role Partner with operational leaders to promote HR best practices across the division, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
Drive cultural transformation across business units by fostering an environment of inclusion, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Manage workforce planning to ensure the right people are in place to meet current and future business needs.
Drive talent retention strategies to ensure a motivated, high-performing workforce.
Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement and internal communications.
Collaborate with the Group COE to design and implement leadership development programs that foster a culture of learning and growth.
Provide strategic guidance on career frameworks, and competitive pay structures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regional requirements.
Work with leadership on compensation-related matters, including reward strategies, performance bonuses, and salary review frameworks as well as ensuring compliance with EU directives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters, including organisational development and change management.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to support the global HR strategy and initiatives.
Work closely with senior leadership across geographies to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
The Person The ideal candidate will be an experienced Human Resources leader with a minimum of 10 years in a senior-level HR role with 5 years in a global remit.
You will hold a third-level degree in HR or a related discipline and a Master's degree is preferred.
You will have a proven track record in HR strategy across multiple regions and have a deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in a global context.
You will have strong decision-making capability and the ability to influence, partner and negotiate with management at all levels and execute with excellence.
This role requires travel to global sites.
