Vickerstock is delighted to collaborate with a reputable company known for its proactive approach to project delivery. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage daily human resources operations and help foster a productive and engaging work environment.
In this role, the HR Generalist will oversee critical HR functions, including:
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and update company policies and provide insights and recommendations to improve HR operations.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Stay updated on labor laws and recommend updates to policies as needed.
4. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
5. Develop and implement employee development and training programs.
6. Monitor employee performance and address issues proactively.
7. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
8. Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
9. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
10. Maintain updated job descriptions and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
11. Assist in general administration duties within the business.
12. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
13. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1. 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role; experience as an HR Generalist preferred.
