Technical Lead Role

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to bridge the gap between their business needs and technical capabilities
* Lead high-performing technical teams in the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade solutions
* Roll up your sleeves to guide architecture decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical excellence
* Drive internal growth by mentoring engineers, leading recruitment efforts, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
* Shaping and delivering cloud-native solutions using platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Contribute to business growth by shaping technical solutions and supporting project bids
Requirements:
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
* Solid foundation in engineering principles, scalable system design, and security best practices
* Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent through coaching, reviews, and pair programming
* Proficiency in Java and experience in full-stack development (JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS)
* Proven success delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
* Expertise in modern engineering standards such as TDD, secure coding, and event-driven architecture
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and Dev Ops practices
* Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
