Position Summary
The position reports to the Software Services Group (SSG) Product Owner Manager, and you will work closely with our development, QA, support, and PO team.
This position is open for a Mid to Senior level Product Owner based on their experience and skills.
We are looking for a strong individual having experience in managing and leading the software development, release, and support from a product perspective dealing with a technical development team and end users in an agile environment.
You must have expertise in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, and be self-driven and flexible to change.
It would be beneficial for the candidate to possess basic knowledge and understanding of relational & non-relational databases and data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.

Education: Primary degree in IT or related discipline.
Product Owner certification would be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years hands-on technological experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
Experience working with a Scrum or Agile development team.
Comfortable using Jira/DevOps for user story management.
Experience working through the full dev life cycle of an application, from concept to delivery.
Knowledge of web application development and database development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Proven ability to be flexible, both independently and in a team environment.
Creating and managing product roadmaps, project delivery, and progress reports.
Skills: Attentive to detail and highly organized.
Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident dealing with client stakeholders and other team members.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to look at systems from the perspective of the end-user.
Desirable: Experience with data visualization tools/applications like PowerBI, Tableau, Aha, Confluence, etc., would be an advantage.
