Seeking a skilled Festival Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of our 2025 edition.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, and media channels to promote the festival and its program.
* Monitor and enhance DIFF's social media presence on platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by creating and engaging with fresh content.
* Support the Marketing Manager in driving the festival brochure delivery process, including design, content management, and distribution.
* Engage confidently with partners, audiences, and festival guests during the festival to ensure promotional plans are executed and engaging content is captured.
* Assist in creating comprehensive post-festival reports demonstrating the impact of marketing and promotional plans.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the arts, entertainment, or cultural sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
* Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
* Passion for film, arts, and culture.
