Job description
EBS William St. are currently recruiting for the role of Teller / Mortgage Administrator.
Due to increased demand within the business, we are looking for a customer-focused individual who will work to ensure our customers have an excellent experience in their interaction with EBS William St.
Key skills are the ability to interact with others in a busy environment and to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately and diligently handle cash & reconcile daily balances.
2. Assist customers with setting up Direct Debit and Standing Order payments.
3. Deal with all filing/scanning of correspondence, customer documentation etc.
4. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
5. Maintain up to date knowledge of all policies and procedures.
6. Work closely with experienced mortgage advisors on new business applications to bring applications to full mortgage approval.
7. Review new mortgage applications to assess that all relevant information is provided prior to submitting.
8. Contribute to the growth of our business.
Experience:
1. Excellent communication & organisational skills.
2. Attention to detail is a must.
3. Highly self-motivated & ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
4. QFA/APA qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
