Recruitment Consultant The Noel Group, part of the Facilitas Group are hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our Warehousing & Logistics team, placing candidates into temporary assignments. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies. This role can be based in either Dublin City Centre or in Cork City. The Role You will manage the entire recruitment process - developing client relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and placing candidates, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate and guiding them through the process. You will be continuously sourcing candidates and matching them to the roles in which they will be most successful. Working with the team placing candidates into temporary roles with our clients Establish relationships with our existing clients to fully understand their requirements and providing appropriate solutions Maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering an exceptional service to all of our clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Collaborate with team to ensure client requests are fulfilled as efficiently as possible Maintain accurate client & candidate records on our recruitment management system Identify new recruitment opportunities Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive relationship.
