We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Conor’s Bar, a lively and welcoming venue known for great service, community spirit, and a top-notch drinks selection.
As our Bar and Lounge Manager, you’ll take the reins of day-to-day operations – from staff management and customer service to stock control.
We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, a flair for leadership, and the ability to create a warm, energetic atmosphere.
About The Role
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee the smooth running of the bar and lounge areas
* Train, motivate and manage a vibrant front-of-house team
* Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
* Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
What You’ll Bring:
* 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of bar trends and drink innovation a plus
* A friendly, can-do attitude
